Job Description: Area Representatives

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Aggressively growth and development of sales in designated territory through prospecting, cold calls and relationship development.
Participation in local Associations and attending necessary industry events and meetings and leveraging these relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
Helping to proactively market OnlyMoso to businesses in territory and conveying the advantages of our product.
Living in market area while working out of home office. Candidates will work from home and be responsible for attaining specific revenue and account base goals.

Required Skills:

Minimum 2 years of Proven Real Estate Sales experience.
Agricultural experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and own reliable vehicle
A proven outside sales and account management track record.
Technical skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Individual will possess these core competencies: Passion for Sales, Ownership Mentality, Proven Sales Skills, Confidence, Energy, Positive Attitude and Persistence.

Required Experience:

Commercial Property Real Estate Experience, a plus!
Strong networking abilities.
Proactive, results oriented, self-starter.
